Lindsay (Zee Captain)

Lindsay's adventure into the yoga world began as a quest to become a contortionist. Since then she has trained in Canada, Beijing and Las Vegas! She has also completed online teacher certifications in Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga and modifications. Lindsay is the founder of Rage Yoga as well as an instructor/master planner. She teaches at our live events and through the (coming soon) online classes. 

Taylyr (Buff Badass)

Student, yogi, runner, cyclist extraordinaire... Taylyr does it all! Trained in Ashtanga Yoga, Taylyr completed her teacher training in Calgary, AB. She rediscovered her love for teaching through Rage Yoga and we're excited to have her on board. Taylyr teaches at our live events and is our resident expert in getting ripped and leading guided meditations. 

Drew (The Drewnit)

Although Drew doesn't teach Rage Yoga, he is an important part of the Rage Team! From answering emails to working the front end at our live events, Drew assists in making sure everything runs smoothly in classes and behind the scenes... which is pretty badass all by itself.
